Worship group

Led by Martin Barrett, the worship group provides musical worship support for the church.
Meeting in church each week we pray and practice not just for the following Sunday, but look at new ideas and resources for the future too.
We number around 8 "full time" members, and offer an enhanced choir at Christmas, Easter and other occasions, where any church member is free to come to sing.
There is a pigeon hole at the back of church for any song or hymn requests you might have.
Martin selects all our weekly hymns and songs and will try to include requests in a balanced, sensible way.

Please would you pray for the team - it is a big commitment, not just Sundays but every week in church for rehearsals too.

PS We're also delighted to have Richard and Alex Marsden in our congregation.
Richard is a talented musician who is now playing for us around once a month.
